  I odered two Riddex devices on 01 December, 2009 for get rid of the mice that stay inside my home.
  However, a mouse I saw in my apartment still stay in side.
  The devices seem work well.
  I called your costumer service this morning, but I could not solve the problem.
  Would you please help me to get rid of the mouse from my home?
