Design and Durability

The Grill Daddy is made with heavy duty stainless steel bristles that are designed to clean the grate to its original surface.   The bristles are not only designed to be used on steel and iron, but they will not harm porcelain plated grill grates..

We like that the Grill Daddy comes with an option for replacement brushes and that the removable brush is secured by a wing nut.  The wing nut helps to keep it from sliding out of the handle during use.  This is a problem that many people come across with other removable heads.

It is heat resistant, although some have claimed the base of the Grill Daddy can melt. As stainless steel does not melt, it is likely that the brush was being used on high flames or was being pushed too hard where the grill bars went past the bristles.  You do not need to push so hard and the flames should never be high when you are cleaning the grill.

Clean up is simple.  The bristles can be easily detached and are safe to be washed in the dishwasher.
