Siding Cracked

Siding Cracked 2 Years, 11 Months ago Karma: 3
A storm came through and my side got hit by a good sized branch from a tree. There is about an 10 inch crack going down the side of my house. Is siding easily replaced on your own, or would it be wise to get someone else to do it for me?

Most siding will just come right off if you get under it. You will have to detach off the different pieces so you can get it out though. Once you do this, you can just find the same color and put it back into place.

The best thing you must do is to contact an expert for doing that for you to be sure of your own safety.

If it is not that bad and you have enough knowledge or experience to fix it, then I guess calling someone is not an option...
