We have a compound wall around the building to protect our garden and pets. But we find that the pets are being distrubed in the night by some mischeif young guys who cross our boundary wall. I need a way to keep an eye on them and to avoid them jumping in the compound.I need some alarm system is there any in market so that it can be very useful to me

yes ofcourse there are a lot in the market for security reason. You can have close circuit tele vision(CCTV) by which you can monitor and record all the happenings. You have an alternative that you can have a ultra violet sensors in the wall where you want to monitor so that if some one crosses it alarms and you can be alert

What kind of dogs do you have? Are they small nice dogs, or big mean dogs that will attack? As for the alarm system, I would get something with a motion sensor that triggers a light to come on the deter the intruders. I also think a CCTV system is a good idea as well.

I doubt whethet the motion sensors are going to work for you to solve the purpose. See when you keep then on and even if a bird say a bat flies crossing that it is going to sense and going to alarm making you to get up at odd nights atleast. So I dont think that sensor will be a good idea.Yes the CCTV looks the good idea

Yup, cctv is the best thing. YOu can keep track of everyone around your house or even the ones who are coming to your home.
I think you should take one and install one for security.

Get a CCTV camera with infrared night vision and CCD sensor - do not get a camera with a CMOS sensor, they are no good in the dark.

Get a camera with a high resolution (480) and and digital DVR than can record that resolution
