TOPIC: Making my exterior look normal?

Making my exterior look normal? 2 Years, 8 Months ago Karma: 0
I'm in the process of buying a house but the exterior looks rather odd:

Needless to say the yellow paintwork is probably an issue, but what colour to go to? And new windows too.

Can anyone think of anything else to make the exterior look nice?

It is a bit hard to tell from the pic but what is the exterior made of? Is that brick I see behind that yellow paint? If so perhaps blast it back to brick? If its some type of stucko then I'd just go with a very neutral light brown like that which can be seen barely in the far left of the pic, let us know what you do, ok!?

This is a very common color scheme, that uses just one main color and 2 or more hues of the same color for highlights. The hues are normally taken as lighter, medium and darker versions of the same chosen color. Hence, it is also known as the monochromatic scheme. A salient feature of this type of paint scheme, is a subtle accent to finer architectural details, with an overall conservative sophistication. This is the best type of exterior house paint color scheme for conservative neighborhoods, and is also the best thing for a risk averse house owner, who does not wish to experiment with his colors.
