What Part of Your House... Is the most frequently repaired part?

I've been wondering what part of your house it the most frequently repaired part. Is it doors? Wall paint? garage?

I most frequently repair my kitchen walls paint. The kitchen wall paint becomes dull within forty five days. Can anyone there recommend me the best quality paint for kitchen?

I would like to change my house backward wall because it is so weak.

I think most often people repair their kitchens, living rooms and bedrooms. I think the reason is that they get tired of the same color on the walls, and most often they only change the color of walls!!!

Kitchen would be the most repaired in my case as I am only happy with something new for a few weeks. A bit like a kid that gets bored with a toy.

Nothing: once it's repaired once, it's good for a lifetime.

I guess it depends on what you consider technology. I'd argue the only part of my apartment that has technology is my living room/office area.
The kitchen has normal appliances, bathroom has an electric toothbrush, and the bedroom only has an electric alarm clock.I agree with both the above posters regarding the bedroom. I never understood why people wanted tv's and stuff in there. If i want to watch tv, I'll watch it in the living room. I'm not trying to be distracted when i want to sleep, or, uh, not sleep in bed.

Well, it's the kitchen which is oftenly repaired in our home especially its wall paint, since its a kitchen so its paint gets dull easily..

As many above have written - the kitchen is one of the rooms that needs regular and often repair... like changing the wall paint for instance. I usually spend more time there (just like cooking) and I get bored easily when everything is the same for a long time.
