I want to build a new home and I am just thinking about concrete flooring. Is this a better idea to decorate my home with concrete flooring. Need help please suggest with me with useful tips.

I'm looking to nail sleepers into a concrete floor - The floor is not new (recently cured), but over 50 years old .. I've been told the 22 gun style nailers have a hard time nailing into solid concrete (I'm looking to use 2" nails). Is that true? Is there something else I should use?

Concrete flooring is diverse but I still prefer having tiles for my floor, well I love the classic look a natural stone could give than a stained concrete floor.
