Just heard Congress is going to install green electrical fixtures and automatic shades. The Speaker Ms. Pelosi announced it today. At least they are taking leadership on the issue. Hopefully they'll have some stats and it may encourage others. And then, maybe it will start paying off in 10 years too... if it all still works.

The issue could relate to higher government expenses with no payoff. People aren't buying so much of the green stuff themselves. By the way, I love your bass guitar picture!
