Is it possible to make an underground house? i was thinking to make one.
If yes, then what i need for making one. and ya it will be also on the top along with the ground floor inside soil i.e. Underground.

I think its possible nowadays. Just contact the architecture engineer and they will help you for sure.
It would look cool if you will be having an underground house.
Show us pics after you making.

Of course it can be done. But with a help of an architect and contractor. I guess there are also some papers needed to be filed before you construct it.

It can be done but you should also put some appliances like in the market to make the place free from molds and mildew. This might cause mold problems in the future if you don't do so. Remember that molds are common in basements or in dump areas.
